Privacy Policy

• Account info — your email address (and Google display name / avatar if you sign in with Google).
• Your activity in the app — favorites, saved experiences, and itineraries you build.
• Digest opt-in — the email address you give us if you subscribe to the weekly Atlanta digest.
• Business account info — for business accounts: business name, contact info, and listing details you submit.
• Basic usage analytics — aggregate, non-identifying stats about how people use the app (which pages load, error rates, etc.) so we can improve it.

• Run the Service and keep your account working.
• Sync your favorites and itineraries across your devices.
• Send the weekly digest — only to people who opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Review and moderate business and event submissions.
• Improve reliability, performance, and product quality.

Data is stored in a secure managed cloud database (Supabase). Access is protected by row-level security so accounts can only read and write their own data. We do not sell your personal information.

• Foursquare and Ticketmaster — we query these APIs for places and events. Only your search context (like the Atlanta area and the category you picked) is sent — never your identity, email, or account.
• Google sign-in — optional. If you choose Google, Google shares your email and basic profile with us to create your account.
• Ticket providers & venue sites — when you tap a ticket or venue link, you leave the Service and their privacy policy takes over.

• Unsubscribe from the digest anytime via the link in every email.
• Ask us to export or delete your account and personal data by emailing jacksonleon24@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability). Contact us and we'll help.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete personal data promptly, except where we need to keep something short-term for legal, security, or backup reasons.

The Atlanta Experience is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal info, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, access controls, managed authentication). No online service is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Effective date" above and, when appropriate, a notice inside the app.
