Terms of Service

The Atlanta Experience is a discovery and events platform focused on Atlanta and its surrounding metro. We help you find places to go and things to do. Everything we show is informational only — it is not a booking, ticketing, or reservation service.

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't share or transfer accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the Service, harasses others, submits false information, or violates these Terms.

If you submit a business listing, event, image, or other content ("Submitted Content"):

• You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the Submitted Content (including any photos) and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
• You grant The Atlanta Experience a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote the Submitted Content in connection with the Service (including in social posts, newsletters, and marketing).
• We may edit, reject, remove, or reorder Submitted Content at our discretion. We do not guarantee placement, featured status, or a specific level of visibility.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.

Event, venue, and place information comes from third parties (including Foursquare and Ticketmaster) and from user and business submissions. Times, prices, availability, menus, and details can change without notice. Always verify with the venue or ticket provider before you go. We don't guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or error-free.

The Service links to third-party sites (venues, ticket sellers, event pages). Any purchase, booking, or reservation happens on that third party under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not a party to those transactions and aren't responsible for them.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you buy through them. This never changes what you pay.

Don't:

• Post false, misleading, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Scrape, spam, or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to promote unlawful activity.

Nothing on the Service is professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Use your own judgment.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Atlanta Experience and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $100.

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Atlanta Experience and its operators from claims and expenses arising out of content you submit, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms — as long as you had a reasonable ability to prevent the underlying issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute that can't be resolved informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Effective date" above and, when appropriate, a notice inside the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
